OwnLocal Sales Development Representative interview questions

I applied online. I heard back within a week. I then had to create a project that was in response to a prompt. The prompt was 2 parts. The prompt itself was very vague and provided little direction. I then had a phone interview. First, the man I spoke with called 1 hour early. He seemed unprepared, rushed, and was in a loud/noisy space. He seemed distracted. He was also very awkward to talk with. It didn't seem like he knew exactly what questions he wanted to ask and how to respond. This threw me off a bit because in other phone interviews I have had, the person is always prepared and ready to talk. It seemed like he wasn't at all and wasn't ready to interview me. I was extremely disappointed in this conversation and transaction.
