I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Oxford University Press (Cary, NC) in Mar 2012

Interview

I was Interviewed by a manager that flew down from NY and then another person who would become sort of an acting supervisor for the Cary office. The actual interviews were simple. I also had to complete a design test. The whole process took about 4 months. Very slow and a lot of phone screens.

Interview

Typical interview. Offered job after 2nd interview. The manager was nice. I did not meet with HR first however that has changed since. Otherwise there is not much to so say.
