P.F. Chang's BackWaiter interview questions

Spoke with manager, very easy process asked about previous job, schedule, when I could start working. Atmosphere is very relaxed and dressed casual for interview, received offer after interview. Interview was in dining room of the restaurant.

There are three interviews you must pass to get the job, usually its with different managers, it goes from easy to the third being the hardest. My first interview was very laid back , kind of intro dusing myself, the second was on my past work experince, and the third is why i qualified to work there.
