Two part interview. O was first interviewed by a manager who asked base questions not pertaining to the job and then asked to stick around to talk to the higher up manager who asked trick questions

You sit down with the manager of the place and do one to one questioning to see if you are a fit for the the company. if they choose to hire you they let you know right now the spot which is very nice to know

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at P.F. Chang's (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2015

Interview

Went in for a interview which was 15 minutes, asked about work background and availability. Then talked to scheduling manager and asked similar questions and more about availibility and got hired on the spot. Manager was very nice and wanted me to smile more although i was hired. Smiling is very important and confidence.
