Very generic 20 minute phone screen. It took about two weeks to learn I was not being asked to move forward. The interviewee was polite and listened but there were some connection issues on her end.

Went through 3 stages of interviews, with the last being a power point presentation that this company makes you do. It was honestly a horrendous interview process being asked questions that had nothing to do with the position.
