Interview
Panel Interview, questions were based on education and experience, with behavioral and clinical scenario questions as well. Everyone was extremely friendly, and the facility is beautiful. The staff were all prompt and very accommodating and overall had a very professional and pleasant environment and workplace.

You enter the room of a patient who has a sudden onset of shortness of breath, what would you do?
The interview had both general and clinical questions. They asked me for my schedule. They also asked me what I see myself doing in 5 years. Although my interview was over Zoom with a group panel, I heard other departments can be in-person.
Expect a panel interview and a series of behavioral, personal, and situational questions. Was also asked some clinical questions which took a chunk of the interview. Overall the interview was pretty expected
New grad - went in a auditorium and they had multiple tables with 1 person each interviewing candidates. It’s educators, director, managers, charge nurse. They ask prioritization, your thoughts about the population we serve, why PIHGSH.
