Group interview that had us sat around a table with a few interviewers asking us questions. Not a long process everyone was asked the same questions and would sometimes have to elaborate on their answers.
Easy process, only an asked a few questions. Interviewer was a bit unfriendly which left me feeling icky about the whole process, so I ended up choosing a different hospital to volunteer at.

Interviewer called exactly at the time we had scheduled, which I really appreciate. Questions were easy to answer and very general, no follow-up questions were asked. Afterwards, the interviewer just gave me a rundown of what's to be expected moving forward (scheduling, department placement, etc.) and allowed me to ask whatever lingering questions I had. The whole interview lasted about 10 minutes, so extremely quick!

The interview was conducted over the phone. They called my number directly at the scheduled time, asked a few questions about my experience, and discussed the role and next steps briefly.
