PIH Health interview questions

I was in an interview panel among several nurse leaders from various departments. It was nice, asked questions about myself, why did I become a nurse, and what what I do in certain medical scenarios.

interview was for a new grad position but I was discouraged to hear that the pay was going to be minimal for a nurse's salary. The nurse to patient ratio was also going to be 1:7, so I left the interview feeling discouraged.
