I was approached by internal HR who hire remotely from their head office in China. The interview was about 45 minutes, with very general questions that is not related to the specific experience related to the job. This HR person was also very junior, but was in charge of filling such senior position. Hence, there was a gap between us already. And of course, there was no follow up after the interview - complete silence, not even a rejected letter.
