Everything needs a sign off, with a picture, with a thumbs up in one of the 20 plus chats you'll be forced to use. One boss? Try like five, at least. Pop in visits are the norm. Discounts? You can't even buy product at your home store. So no, no discounts. But be sure to use your membership at other stores if you must purchase something, that way they can track you.

but the people there makes the job harder. generally people work there dont last long, either getting gaslighted by management and schedule arrangements, or receiving warning letters and go. the only few that last more than a year are people that already reached the higher positions and seems candied by the management. the rules kept changing by the management in a “soft way”. the schedule only comes out week by week so its tough to schedule other stuffs unless you booked AL and approved for certain dates.
