PUMA CRM Manager interview questions

Slow to hear about the initial phone screen. Once I spoke with HR the follow up interviews were scheduled quickly (2 on 2 different days). Was ghosted after that. Emailed 4 weeks after interview for feedback, no response. Emails 4 weeks after that (so 2 months after interview) following up again and received automated rejection two hours later. It was very clear PUMA has some internal challenges happening that is causing their teams to be strapped and didn't sound like a great working environment.
