First, let me start by saying that I don't think they even screen CVs properly. I applied online .The interview was supposed to be online and it got canceled 30 min before, then they asked only for in personal interview even though in the middle of a pandemic. I had to take a plane do two tests and quarantine. The interview was with two hiring managers and Hr, it went smoothly however I never heard back after it. In the next days they reposted the job with a different job title but the same description. HR did not even give an answer back until I pushed for a reply. Finally, they answered I was overqualified for the job and rejected me. As a former employee I can assure this is not the first time happening at Puma. Advice to Hr and management : Please do basic CV screening. If you notice in the resume that the candidate does not have the essential requirements for you/ or has too many unnecessary qualifications there is no need to waste someone's time with many interviews especially in person during a pandemic . If the answer is No , just please let people know.
