I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pace Analytical
Interview
One-on-one in someone's office. HR rep takes notes and completes a worksheet with required questions. I didn't get the job but I'm glad because I didn't like how the company operated after speaking with the HR rep.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Lenexa, KS) in Oct 2022
Interview
I applied online on September 29th, 2022 and interviewed at Pace about a month later. I received the offer a week after the interview. The interview was the easiest interview I've ever had, however the company seemed a bit unorganized.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The ONLY question I was asked was "Tell me about yourself". I asked him 3 questions about the job and was given a tour.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Melville, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was easy, but I would avoid wasting your time if you want a livable wage in New York. They want you to work as a project coordinator with tons of responsibility and from other reviews, I assume, poor benefits and a pay rate of $15/hour. You can make that amount working at a grocery store and you don't need a college degree for that. As someone who has previously worked in the industry in a very similar role, this is below average, even for entry-level. I was looking forward to the interview and the position, but the pay rate is a clear sign the company doesn't value their employees, look elsewhere unless you desperately need something.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2019
Interview
Applied through employee portal, received interview request a few days later. Interviewed semi-casually with supervisors. General interview prep questions asked but also some personal work questions. Very friendly and nice, not as stressful as you would think.
