Pacific Sunwear Store Manager interview questions

First there was a phone interview after I had been recruited for the Store Management position. Phone interview went on for 30 minutes and then went on to an in person interview. This interview took place with the District Manager and Regional Manager. District Manager wanted to mainly get to know my style in fashion and management to see if it was a good fit for Pacsun. Then offer was given to me over the phone and started in two weeks.

Recruiter reached out to me and set up an interview. After waiting 20 min past or scheduled meeting the manager finally showed. Before going any farther I was told the position was filled and if hey decided not to go with that applicant I wouldn't get it anyway because I would be outsourced.
