My CV reached Pactera through a recruitment consultancy firm. The position required experience in banking domain testing. I was told I was shortlisted though I did not have that. Consequently, the hiring manager did not show much interest in conducting the interview and it was over in ten minutes. They did have a very long data collection process before the actual interview.
