Due to the holidays, the timeline was protracted but the interview process was not onerous and seemed fairly standard for management interviews. I deeply appreciate their willingness to put in the time to get candidates to the right outcome and it speaks highly of both the People and Engineering teams at Paige. Everyone I spoke with was professional, open, and engaging. The conversations were a reasonable length (typically 60m or less) and scheduled mindfully on both ends. Despite making the difficult decision to accept a competing offer, I found this to be an extraordinarily positive process at a company with a bright future and meaningful mission.
