Interview was very informal and got the job that day. Managers a little unprofessional once actual process started. The comoany has a mandatory meeting before offical hire that you have to attend to make sure you can do the job and serve alcohol.
One phone screen followed by two in-person interviews on different days with different managers. They also need to speak to two references who worked with you before between the two interviews.

Interesting interview, professional managers, very fast paced environment with great Cajun food. Enjoyed being here as both a patron and also as an employee. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.
