Interview
I went in for an application on Friday, and they told me to come back in on Monday for an interview. I was first interviewed by a FOH (front of house) manager, and then she told me to wait so that she could check my references and interview with the General Manager. After interviewing with the GM, he offered me the job on the spot and I accepted.
Interview questions were all pretty basic. The only one that caught me off guard was to sell an entree item to them... (anything not just from there).
One phone screen followed by two in-person interviews on different days with different managers. They also need to speak to two references who worked with you before between the two interviews.

Was quick and in person. They have specific days and time you can walk in to interview. And then you can be pushed through to the 2 day and meet the General manager

Interesting interview, professional managers, very fast paced environment with great Cajun food. Enjoyed being here as both a patron and also as an employee. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.
