Interview
Did application online and did the walk in interview that takes place Tuesday - Friday in my area. The interview time can be timely as it is walk in. I believe I was there there over a hour each interview. It was a first then if you make it out the cut second interview. 1st and 2nd interviews were done by different managers. Smile, talk about past experience & tell why you are a good fit for the position. Pretty straight forward. Got training schedule at 2nd interview. In my opinion Pappadeaux is not a job you start dead broke as there were a couple start up cost like (1) alcohol license (2) Oxford shirt (3) dress shoes (4) black slacks. My location was very particular about uniform. Go in confident & know the reality of whatever position you are interested in. You got it claim it!
Pretty easy interview. Whether or not you have experience, I believe the best thing you can do is be positive and make it seem like actually want the job. Just sell yourself to be charming and easy to talk to, those are the kind of people guests want serving them so present yourself to the manager like you are talking to a guest.
Quick. They were on time and professional all questions pertained to the job well. They described interview process at beginning. Two interviews to get hired. Second one with gm. He was polite and answered all my questions.
