Great process in the beginning.
Ask you to take a personality test if they want to move forward.
That determines if you get the job.
If you don’t pass or get an inaccurate score they will not hire you. They offered me the serving position after all my interviews and time, basically suggesting I work my way up. It defeats the purpose of the personality test. I’d rather you just say my skills didn’t qualify instead of saying my results were inaccurate and it was against policy to hire me . They do however have a recruiter revamp your resume and send you tips on how to get the job. Unfortunate they couldn’t tell me
How to take a personality test.
