J'ai été déçu par mon entretien avec une career talent de chez Dior pour un poste de stagiaire. On m'a posé des questions extrêmement techniques qui ne me semblaient pas adaptées au niveau attendu pour un stage. Ces questions semblaient plus appropriées pour un poste de niveau intermédiaire ou senior, ce qui était vraiment déroutant étant donné que je postulais pour un stage. J'aurais apprécié que l'entretien soit davantage axé sur mes compétences de base, ma motivation et ma capacité à apprendre, plutôt que de se concentrer sur des aspects techniques avancés. Cela a rendu l'entretien stressant et, à mon avis, ne reflète pas ce que l'on devrait attendre d'un candidat à un poste de stagiaire.
