Parkridge Health System Nurse Residency Program interview questions

In person, panel of 4 unit managers plus nurse residency coordinator. It was just cut and dry, typical interview questions, but be prepared to offer examples of specific patients. Beforehand, review your clinical experience so you have it at the top of your head. It didn't feel like a warm and fuzzy interview, which made me nervous. It didn't click well with me and I am not surprised I didn't get an offer, although I most likely would have turned it down even if I did. Not that impressed with what their residency offers as far as education-wise as compared to other residencies in the area.
