First they reach out to you to schedule an interview over the phone. After that, you do a 45 minute assessment about your personality/skills. If you pass you go to the next round of interviews but I was not selected after the assessment.
It was a straightforward interview process. Round with recruiter then manager and a team. Basic interview questions and time to ask them questions as well. Very organized and easy to set up a time to get an interview
