generic phone screen. I felt I was super qualified (even over qualified for their listing) but got rejected the next day. this is the second time Ive asked for feedback from their hiring manager C.N. and no explanation as to why i wasnt selected or anything I could do to make me a stronger candidate. And yet the posting is still up a couple months later.

Made it to a phone interview only.
She asked a lot of behavioral questions, as well as repeatedly emphasized the company's core values. I mean, it is good to have a mantra to live by as a company, but "striving to be best" is highly subjective and does not welcome objective answers.
There was little discussion around role responsibilities and what technical skills were required.
It left a bad taste in my mouth and honestly, I was relieved when I got my rejection email.
