Interview
I applied for the Account Manager position based in Dubai. I had 3 interviews at Pearson and each was terrific even the third interview was with the HR head-office to finalize everything, I was shocked no to hear again from them, even did not respond to me after I followed up. Funny how a recruiter called me for this position after my interviews and told him that they were supposed to recruit me and when I asked the HR about what is going on she said that they put the position on hold and if you now open linked in they still have the post and renew it every 1 month.
First, it was a one-on-one interview with HR on the phone, the next interview was with the hiring manager on Zoom. The last interview I made it to was with several team members via Zoom.
