10 minute phone call, interviewer called 5 minutes late, then put me on hold for 3 more minutes. Unorganized and unengaged interviewer. Sounded like she was doing something else in the background while I was answering questions. Asked me 2 questions total, I asked her follow up questions that she didn’t know the answer to.
