The interview is normal like other company. they had phone interview followed by face to face. after the first round called for fce to face and offered a job, later came to to know they were hire me to remove a contractor

I was interviewed 3 times and offered a job on the last one. The hiring process has very slow for me. It took months before I heard back from them. The process has improved since then. I later found out that they lost my paper work at least 3 times.
