Interview process involved a face to face interview with the service manager and a senior practitioner at the head office in Aberdeen. Penumbra has many services but I interviewed for the mental health and wellbeing service. I was made to feel at ease and had a good conversation with both the managers before the interview began. Questions were related to the role and mostly based around what experience I have and can bring into the role.
