Interviewed with recruiter, he had to reschedule to due to something “urgent” coming up. No problem (at that point). He just asked basic and boring questions for a support position. Asked me to follow up with him if I didn’t hear back within a few business days which I thought was weird because that’s not my job, it was his but I followed up within a few days. The recruiter told me he would look into scheduling the 2nd interview. Never heard back.
Typical of the job market now but it still doesn’t make it any less unprofessional or less of a red flag.
