I was contacted by the hiring manager and recruiting to begin the interview process for this role. There were 3 rounds that I participated in. The interviews were straight forward. Although the process took 6 weeks, ending in the company not responding to my follow ups. After the final phase I asked when I would hear back and although they gave a timeframe they never stuck to it. I still have not heard back - even if I did not get the position, it is unprofessional that they did not even bother to let me know after 6 weeks of interviewing as well as a site visit paid by myself.
