I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Valhalla, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
Consisted of 7 one on one interviews at the site. Most questions were behavioral questions. The higher level bosses asked more difficult questions and tested on technical beverage knowledge. Make sure you know jargon related to beverages. Try to research the market and the direction of the beverage industry.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
Phone screen interview was no problem. My interview round with the hiring manager went great and I was moved to the next round interview with the team.
This is where all the problems started. I was asked to schedule an interview with 5 people which I did, to only be told I must reschedule 4/5 of them again due to personal issues the interviewers had. I begrudgingly rescheduled and was asked the very next day to reschedule AGAIN for some interviews.
At this point I already interviewed with 2 panel members and saw the position as an inappropriate fit for recent college graduates with some months of experience as per the job description (0-3yrs). After the interviews and receiving an email about rescheduling for more interviews I immediately withdrew my application because the recruitment team were ridiculous about their organization skills for scheduling interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Mount Prospect, IL) in Dec 2021
Interview
You schedule 5 sequential Zoom interviews at once, each with a different interviewer. I don't know if there is more to the process as I haven't heard back from them for a month. This is a horrible hiring process in my opinion. Completely unnecessary as they mostly just asked the same types of situational questions and didn't seem enthusiastic to be interviewing. It would be better if they implemented a more traditional interview process.
