I got recruited by an agency for this role. And the company just ghosted me and the agency. So unprofessional. I have worked with the agency multiple times and they have been frank with me the whole time. I don't get why a company would give their candidates the silent treatment

Interview
Very straightforward. Phone screen with recruiter, Zoom interview with hiring manager(s), Zoom interview with operations director. Phone screen was much more about your qualifications, while the following two were more about determining how you work to see if it would be a good fit. The recruiter was very responsive and quick to move the process along. Everything was organized and transparent.The whole process took one week.
