I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Perry Homes in Apr 2009
Interview
The interview with the Human Resources Manager went great until she told me that Perry Homes did a credit check as part of the hiring process. I told her that due to the real estate market collapse that my credit was shot and she said that would probably be a factor in my not getting the position. I think it is incredible that employers cant do background checks now without getting possibly sued for not hiring someone but a credit check is part of a hiring process.
Laid back process, applied and talked to employees at the company through the process. Was a multi interview process. Like that they are open in their company outlook. I realized it wasn't for me though.
