Interview
1 coding test and 1 behavior interview. The coding test was to write some programs within 45 minutes. The behavior interview was to discuss the reason why you are interested in bioinformatics.
Looks like this company tries to find a robot, not people who can solve a difficult problem and learn something new. The whole interview process is not checking analytical and programming skills but a memory; not a deep understanding of the process but easy file formats and so on.
