Phenom Product Development Engineer interview questions

The company intents to resolve the hiring process of other company. But didn't know how to hire people for its own team. I had 3 rounds of interview which was earlier said that only 2 rounds will be conducted. The 3 round was a suprise to me. Everything went well but all of a sudden they told me that they won't consider me anymore. So,after 3 round they rejected me. It was terrible experience and I wonder how they solve other companies hiring process. Such an irony right. Nevertheless, I just wanna inform that choose the company wisely and company like phenom set a bad examples who just waste candidate time by engaging multiple interview and end up rejecting the candidate.

The interview process is very good and the entire process would be finished in 2 weeks. I contained three rounds of interviews each with pde3, reporting manager and director. Questions were mostly around arrays , dynamic programming. Stick with the basics and you should be able to clear it . There were some questions to design algorithm for the given use case. Hrs are very supportive.
