I received an email from an Executive Search firm, set up a phone call with the initial recruiter who vetted whether or not I was a desirable candidate. She set me up on a Skype/FaceTime call with the hiring recruiter. From there I had an in person interview with the position's supervisor and the Foundation's Chief Development Officer. From there I received an offer.

I had a phone interview and then came in for a hospital tour and in person interviews. The in person interview was broken up into 2 one-on-one meetings and one group interview.
