I had a phone interview and then came in for a hospital tour and in person interviews. The in person interview was broken up into 2 one-on-one meetings and one group interview. The only thing I thought that was strange is that I did not speak to anyone in HR or hiring until a job offer was made (not even for my initial phone screening).
