The interview process was long but really enjoyable experience with no pressure to be an expert. I had no salon background and the interviewers where more concerned about what I brought to the company as a person not within my skill set. They reviewed my history and focused more on my personality that anything else. This really ensured that the team are a good fit.

He asked if I was experienced in working remotely and why I was interested in the role. They’re a small company so showing interest was key I believe. I haven’t heard back however.

Forget exactly but hiring manager and one other, behavioral interviews and one more formal interview I don’t remember what is was called but was methodical with set of questions, I think it is more customary in Ireland where the company was founded
