Got contacted over email to come in for an on site interview. The facilities looks nice and everyone there seemed friendly. My interview took place in a conference room with around 8 employees there, a little intimidating. After the interview I was asked to come back to spend a full day there.

Interview
Very long 7 hour process where I met with several different Mechanical Engineers at the company and gave a 30 minute presentation. The interview was very technical and involved both quizzing me on a wide range of mechanical engineering topics and asking specific details and design decisions I had made on projects.
