Learning new skills daily with a wide breadth

Cons

No long term plan for the company and no real long term achievements to be seen coming out of the company.

Pros

Amazing people who are super helpful with any questions you might have. Very supportive mentors and peers. I would say the work life balance is very good and management is flexible and understanding. I got to really dive head first into high level engineering projects and get hands on with hardware. My time with PSI gave me very useful engineering experience I will definitively use in the future.

Cons

The commute wasn't my favorite, but not terrible.
