Applied online and received a request for a phone interview after one week, with the interview itself being a week after that. No word for around a month, then asked to come visit for an on site round of interviews. Very generously offered to cover travel and lodging costs. The interview process consisted of 30 minute talks with various team members specializing in different fields and asking different kinds of technical questions. Halfway through the day I had to give a technical seminar for 20-30 minutes. Interview also included a meeting with HR to go over benefits and such. After a week they sent an email with their response.
