Simple interview. They just asked basic including criminal history, previous employment, and get to know you information about myself and a time where I had to solve a problem.

Constant gossip and ignoring employees who need to be taught skills to be successful in their job.
It was easy and informative. It took about an hour. Met store manager and one other employee manager. I could tell how it was going fairly quickly into the interview.
