I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pick N Save
Interview
Very casual as most people that apply are high school and college students. There was one phone interview and then one in person interview at the store. After the phone interview they sent an email about scheduling the in person interview. The in person interview was a one on one with the store owner. The interview was about 30 minuets long.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pick N Save in Sep 2019
Interview
They didn’t really ask me a lot of questions about the job mostly about my life. I was offered the job a few hours after I left the interview. It was an easy interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pick N Save (Pewaukee, WI) in Jun 2019
Interview
The initial interview was simple and the questions were the standard interview questions: why should we hire you, tell me about a time you faced an obstacle at work, etc. However, after interviewing for a position in the produce department, the staff lost my interview application and failed to call me back in the 'few days' time window they told me about. After over 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I reached out and they told me they meant to hire me but had lost my application. They then told me that I could be a cashier, which I agreed to. And then, in another twist, they placed me in the deli last minute on my first day of work. In sum, the interview process was disorganized.
