I applied online and after about a week and a half I got an email that said they wanted to do a phone interview. I called the number they gave me and talked to the woman on the phone who asked me very basic questions like how many hours did I want, and why did I wanna work at pick n save. We set up an in person interview within a week.
The in person interview was super laid back. They asked me how many hours I wanted, and asked basic interview questions.
It lasted about 25 minutes and I was offered a position on the spot.

Easy, got in with referral. Basic interview questions such as how did you hear about us? What positions are you considering? There was only one interview with the company since they have walk in interviews.

The interview was very good the manager told me what I had to and I started the next day. She also told me the things that I had to do besides checking people out.
