I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Piedmont Airlines
Interview
I was flown to Philadelphia by the company the day before the interview, i had to get a room at the same place where they were doing the interview. The interview is a two part session, the first part is a group interview and the second is a face-to- face panel interview. The group interview was pretty easy, they give you a activity and you have to do them as a group, they will grade you based on how you work with other people, you'll also have to read an announcement. Once the group interview is over, they will post who ever made it to the next session, which is the one-on-one interview panel.
The one-on-one panel consist of the HR Dept. and 2 representatives from the in-flight dept. It was pretty quick, they ask the basic interview questions.

Interview
Virtual and phone interview were very pleasant. I think Piedmont especially made the virtual interview process easy and not intimidating. The phone interview I completed was very friendly and felt more like an upbeat casual conversation. I did receive my face to face interview.
