The first one was a phone-to-phone interview with HR. It was a relatively easy interview: they asked me about my previous experiences, why I could be a good fit with Pierce Washington, etc. The second round was another phone-to-phone with a manager. They mostly asked me behavioral questions: tell me what is a Business Analyst for you? Tell me what you know about Pierce Washinton? What is the Systems Development Life Cycle? What project methodologies you know and which one do you prefer? Tell me about the project that you liked the best? What can you contribute outside of projects? ... Interviewers were very friendly and accommodating: too bad I didn't make it to the following round!
