I applied online and several days later I was contacted by a HR recruiter. She scheduled ah interview with me. During the call she began to ask me about my background. I told her about my background with ERP systems/integration, open source development/contributions, and why I was looking for a new position. All of a sudden, in the middle of the interview, she admitted that she had not actually read my resume and abruptly ended the interview. I was told that she would reschedule it, and I never heard back from her. Some time later I was received an email that they didn't have a position open for me.
