I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pilot Flying J in Feb 2013
Interview
They were needing people badly -- I put in my application online one night, and recieved a call for an interview the next morning. I went in for an interview with both store managers at the same time, answered a few questions, went over my experience and information about the position, and was told they would call me with a verdict after all interviews were complete. I received the call a few hours later and was offered the job.

Simple process - couple rounds, HR called initially then followed up with store manager. Overall - it was pretty seamless, just asked general questions you’d expect on experience and background on myself.
