Applied on line and went through 4 interviews. I was asked to travel 2 hours away and spend 4 hours job shadowing to make sure I wanted the job...then was told they found someone better...HUGE waste of time. I was willing to relocate just about anywhere.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pilot Flying J (Newark, NJ) in Jul 2023
Interview
Horrible it took six interviews to get an answer, waiting for a the Vp on vacation for over than a month to make a decision! And then finally he came from a vacation interviewed me he can barely speak English, looks not interested from minute one and yawning during the interview with a smirk on his face!!!!! Then the initial recruiter was like I am sorry I have been her for only 2 month! Shame on you pilot for trying to hire Multi unit manager with this type of attitude…
Very simple after getting through the recruiter. They are eager to fill vacancies, so this is not very difficult. After the recruiter, you will interview with the hiring manager, and this is the interview that matters. This is all about connection.
