It was exceptional. The assistant Manger directed the interview. Upon completion the general Manger took me into the second interview. They could relate and see the drive I had. They made me feel welcomed from the first minutes.
Easy basic interview just use STAR and you’ll be hired. It’s a simple job no need to over think it. Anyone could get this job just be yourself and you’ll be hired.
Easy and doesnt take long! Asked questions about your background and your basic interview questions. Easy and not long! It was a easy fast expiernece for me and got hired within week!
Simple process - couple rounds, HR called initially then followed up with store manager. Overall - it was pretty seamless, just asked general questions you’d expect on experience and background on myself.
